伊勢神宮内宮のほど近くにある伊勢前寿司「水酉（みなとり）」のブランディングプロジェクト。ロゴや店内ツール、サインデザインなど幅広く手掛けました。伊勢神宮内宮でお祀りしている天照大御神を表す「太陽」、 伊勢の海の恵みを表す「波」を組み合わせたロゴマークを軸に展開しています。このマークは回転させることで「水酉」の意味である「酒」の字になっており、伊勢・鳥羽に店を構える酒屋を母体とする寿司屋ならではのデザインになっています。神聖な雰囲気の書は書家の寺島響水さんにお願いしました。
Branding project for Ise-mae sushi restaurant "Minatori" located near the Ise Jingu Naiku. We worked on a wide range of projects including logo, in-store tools, and signage design. The logo is based on a combination of the "sun" representing Amaterasu, the deity worshipped at the Ise Jingu Naiku, and the "wave" representing the bounty of the Ise Sea. This mark rotates to form the character for "sake," a design unique to a sushi restaurant based on a sake shop with a branch in Toba, Ise. The calligraphy with a sacred atmosphere was created by TERASHIMA Kyousui.
