日本初となるシニア専門の保険代理店「Old Rookie」のブランディングプロジェクト。会社の理念や、ロゴ、キービジュアル、名刺などのディレクション・デザインを担当しています。採用を主に40歳以上の未経験者に絞るというチャレンジングな会社で、今後ますます高齢化が進む日本で起こりうる、シニアの就職難や、老後破産などの社会問題解決のきっかけとなるようなパイオニア的会社になると思います。そんな会社のロゴマークには歳を重ねることをポジティブに感じさせる年輪をモチーフとし、イキイキとしたミドル・シニア層の輪が広がるイメージを込めています。
Branding project for "Old Rookie", Japan's first insurance agency specializing in senior citizens. We were in charge of the direction and design of the company's philosophy, logo, key visuals, and business cards. This company is a challenging company that focuses mainly on hiring people over 40 years old with no experience, and We believe it will be a pioneering company that will be a catalyst for solving social problems such as joblessness among seniors and bankruptcy in old age, which are likely to occur as Japan's population ages further in the future. The logo mark of this company was based on the motif of an annual ring, which gives a positive impression of aging, and also conveyed the image of a widening circle of vibrant middle and senior citizens.
